The large one story villa with 2691sq.ft (250sq.m) was built in 1999. It is located on a 0.25 acres (1000sq.m) private property which is surrounded  by oaks and palmtrees and offers a great view of “Palmetto” hole #4 fairway.

The Villa has a large living room with a cathedral ceiling, open fire place, book shelves, TV, phone, fax, internet and stereo.

The Villa also has a fully equipped kitchen. A washing machine and a dryer are in the laundry. A little breakfast table is next to
the kitchen and a seperate dining room with a big table and
8 chairs.

You can watch the golfers playing golf sitting on the rocking chairs on the large covered deck in the typical southern style.
From here it only takes 5 steps to the fairway of “Palmetto”
hole #4.





The holiday home has ducted air conditioning and a heater.

There are 3 bedrooms. In each bedroom are 2 queen size beds. The master bedroom has 2 king size beds.
Up to 12 people can sleep in the house.

Each bedroom has it’s own bathroom with a shower, bath and a toilet. The master bathroom has a spa bath and a walk-in wardrobe.

The villa has a double garage. An electric golf cart is available.
You can also use our bicycles.

A gardening company maintains the garden.
